Being a Biology major that I am, microscopes and tiny organisms preserved in slides are my friends. In case you have been very busy or it has been years since you’ve last seen tiny organisms under a microscope, here’s for you. You’re welcome! LOL! Photos are from the early cleavage stage to the formation of the neural tube. :P

Unrelated, but: am I the only one who giggles like a 13 year old boy at the phrase “cleavage” when used in a cell bio context? 

Slightly related to the unrelated: I KNOW I’m not the only one who finds close up photos of stomata somewhat inappropriate.
